Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

If your payment method fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period at our discretion. During the trial, you will have access to certain features without charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time. No credit card is required to start a free trial.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoReply.ing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not actively used the Service during that period. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@autoreply.ing with your account details and reason for the request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
